Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Engraving Errors: If there is an error in the engraving caused by us (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong date), we will gladly correct it.
Significant Discrepancy: If the item you received is significantly different from the order placed, we will address the issue promptly.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item showing the defect or error.
Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions.
Return Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Include the return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice in the package.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
Refunds: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will create and ship the new item at no additional cost. We will also cover the return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Correct Customization: Personalized engraved items that match the customization details as per the order.
Used or Worn Items: Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Shipping Costs: For non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
